Even days after the inspection, I was able to call him with more questions, and he spent half an hour each time walking me through my questions.
In addition to his deep expertise, Darren goes the extra mile to develop trust with you, which – as a home buyer who’s about to spend a lot of money to purchase a home – is invaluable. For example, his home inspection led him to believe that the home was clean and recommended that it didn’t need a mold inspection, even though his business would benefit from that. Talk about affordable and excellent service!! I had the best experience hiring Darren to perform my home and sewer line inspections. I am a first time home buyer, so everything about inspecting homes and sewer lines is new to me. After Darren performed a thorough inspection, he broke down everything in a way I could easily understand! Darren was incredibly helpful with his inspection. He first asked us what we planned to do with the property and when he heard that we intended to move in and hoped it would be our forever home with the intention that we would DIY and fix it up ourselves over time as we could afford to, he then proceeded to give a detailed walk through of the house both inside and out exclaiming what things we didn’t need to worry about or what needed attention day one or what could wait a year or so before addressing versus what needed professional attention or what he thought we might be able to do on our own. I so appreciated his candor and attention to detail. Plus his thoughtfulness in regards to truly trying to help us save money where-ever we could. We would use Darren again and again! We felt he truly went above and beyond.

I like that the inspector was on time and very detailed. With this being my 1st time buying a home I appreciated how he showed me things that could cause me problem in the future. He was also very knowlegeable and explained the report in a way I could fully understand it.
